Acceptable Use Policy

Users must act lawfully, honestly and professionally, and must comply with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, applicable national association rules and all applicable law.

You must not:

• submit, procure or rely upon falsified identity, age, guardianship, licence or club registration documentation;
• hold yourself out as a licensed football agent, or perform agent activity, without a valid licence;
• approach, solicit or contract with a minor otherwise than through a verified guardian and in accordance with the Safeguarding & Minors Policy;
• request or accept payment from a player or guardian for trials, exposure, selection or placement;
• circumvent the platform to conceal a representation relationship, a conflict of interest or a payment that must be disclosed to a regulator;
• harass, intimidate, discriminate against or endanger any person, or engage in conduct amounting to trafficking, exploitation or forced labour;
• scrape, harvest, systematically download or resell platform data, or use the Services to build a competing database;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, environment, document vault or system, or interfere with platform security or availability; or
• upload malware, unlawful content, or content infringing intellectual property, image or privacy rights.

Users must not offer, promise, give, request or accept any undue advantage in connection with a transfer, registration or verification outcome, whether directly or through an intermediary. LeanPlay applies a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, match manipulation and betting-related misconduct, and will report credible evidence to the competent authority and to FIFA or the relevant national association.

Any person may report content or conduct believed to breach this policy to compliance@leanplayfootball.com. Reports are acknowledged, assessed by a trained reviewer and actioned proportionately. Where content is removed or an account restricted, the affected User receives a statement of reasons identifying the ground, the evidence relied upon and the redress available, including internal appeal.

Manifestly unfounded or abusive reports may result in suspension of the reporting account's notification privileges.

Available measures include a warning, removal of content, restriction of features, revocation of verification status, suspension, permanent termination and, where appropriate, referral to FIFA, a national association, a supervisory authority or law enforcement. Measures are applied proportionately having regard to the seriousness of the conduct, whether it is repeated, and any risk to a child.

A User subject to an enforcement measure may appeal within fourteen (14) days by writing to appeals@leanplayfootball.com. Appeals are reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision and determined within thirty (30) days. Measures taken to protect a child remain in force pending the outcome.
